VRRI Fall Fitness Classes begin September 13th
Looking to get in better shape this fall? Or maybe just need a break from being at your desk? The Vocational and Rehabilitation Research Institute, located on the corner of 32nd Avenue and 33rd Street, has 4 different fitness classes offered Monday – Thursday during your lunch hour. Classes run from 12:15pm – 1:00pm and begin the week of September 13th. Classes include the Total Body Workout (Mondays), The Extra Step (Tuesdays), Pilates Mix Up (Wednesdays) and The Sampler (Thursdays).
